In online purchases and in all other contracts concluded remotely, the consumer has a right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50 15/1/92 and subsequent Directive 2011/83/EU:
- The consumer can cancel his order within 14 days of delivery of the goods. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any explanation and without paying any penalty.
- The withdrawal must be communicated to Ananda Deva SRL by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address frazione Morano Madonnuccia, 8 06023 Gualdo Tadino Perugia or by e-mail to [email protected]. Returns to addresses or emails other than those mentioned above will not be considered.
- The costs for returning the goods are always borne by the consumer.; Ananda Deva SRL will refund, within the terms set by Directive 2011/83/EU (14 days), the sums paid by the buyer for the purchase of the products, which will also include shipping costs if the consumer paid them at the time of purchase. In no case will returns be accepted unless previously agreed upon, nor will returns be made with postage due (with costs borne by Ananda Deva SRL.) even if made to our address.
- The goods must not show signs of wear, damage or omissions.
- Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the loss of the right in question and the consequent right to reimbursement.
- For civil disputes concerning the application of this decree, the territorial jurisdiction is mandatory and that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the Italian State.
